Tan menerangkan, konsumsi kopi saat mudik seharusnya janganlah sampai terlalu berlebih. Apa lagi bila mudik dilaksanakan saat Anda masih tetap berpuasa. Masalahnya konsumsi kopi yang terlalu berlebih beresiko membuat Anda makin haus.

Selanjutnya Tan mengatakan jika kopi memiliki sifat diuretik. Hingga saat dimakan terlalu berlebih, bukan dampak baik yang didapat oleh badan, tetapi kebalikannya.

“Kopi karakternya diuretik, menjadi pipisnya keluar bisa lebih cepat. Bukannya Anda jadi alert, jadi siaga, dan nyaman, karena meminum kopi terlalu berlebih itu (malah) dapat membuat Anda jadi tidak konsentrasi,” tutur Tan.
